Dedicated semiconductor chip factory

The park features dedicated semiconductor optoelectronic chip manufacturing facilities, along with well-equipped supporting infrastructure.

  • Building 4 is a full-process factory for semiconductor epitaxial growth, photolithography, etching, thinning, and cutting, consisting of 3 floors: the first floor has a height of 9 meters and a load capacity of 2 tons per square meter. Some areas feature a sunken floor, designed with VC-C anti-vibration independent foundations, facilitating the construction of Class 10/Class 100 cleanrooms and the placement of precision equipment such as photolithography machines.

  • The second floor of Building 4 has a height of 7.5 meters and a load capacity of 1 ton per square meter. It is designated as the MOCVD area and is equipped with process equipment such as epitaxy testing, cleaning, and baking furnaces.

  • The second floor of Building 4 has a height of 75 meters and a load capacity of 1 ton per square meter, designated as the MOCVD area, equipped with process equipment such as epitaxial testing, cleaning, and baking furnaces.
